How quickly do we get the files?

Within 48 hours for most packages, and within 24 hours for the creative walkthrough video.

How should the property be prepared?

Lights on, blinds open, surfaces clear and cars moved from the front if possible. We send a short checklist when we confirm the booking.

Do you edit or stage the photos?

We correct light, colour and verticals. We never add or remove permanent features, and any virtual staging is clearly labelled.

Do you shoot outside London?

Yes. Travel outside Greater London may carry a small charge, which we confirm before booking.

Where can we use the photos?

Anywhere you market that property: portals, your website, social media and print brochures.
